Change of plan due to the current weather forecast for Sunday 8th. Rather than cancelling the event it will now take place Saturday 7th December. Island SUP will now Santa SUP for Welsh Hearts around Whitmore Bay (the main beach on Barry Island). We will launch at 14.00 outside Marco’s Cafe and paddle the bay for approximately an hour before enjoying a hot/ strong drink at Whitmore & Jackson on the promenade. Prize for best dressed. Please wear appropriate clothing for winter paddling (under your costume 🎅). Contact us if you’re unsure of what to wear.
