ASI SUP Rescue

I'm a water sports lover having learnt to sail at an early age. I took up SUP a few years ago and have recently swapped my sailing dinghy for paddle board. I still like to get out on Cardiff Bay but now have more flexibility to take up adventures on the canals, river and seas around South Wales and beyond. I enjoy sharing my love of water with others and helping them build their confidence, which is why I'm training to be a coach! Island SUP have been very welcoming and are supporting me to achieve this goal.
